Thirty minutes to pause, breathe and come back to yourself.
Join me on the third Wednesday of each month for a free, live 30-minute guided meditation.
No experience needed, nothing to prepare, cameras off if you prefer: just half an hour in the middle of your week to slow down, settle your nervous system and reset.
Why I host this session
I’m Rachel: a BACP-accredited therapist and certified mindfulness teacher.
In nearly 30 years of supporting autistic and ADHD people, and in my own life, I’ve seen how rarely we’re given permission to simply stop. Not to fix anything, not to improve ourselves — just to stop.
This session is that permission. Thirty minutes, once a month, where nothing is asked of you.
You don’t need to speak, share, or sit any particular way. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
What to expect (exactly)
1. 1:30pm — We begin. A short welcome and a moment to arrive. Cameras and microphones can stay off throughout.
2. A gentle guided meditation (about 20 minutes) — usually breath, body or sound based. I always offer choices, so you can adapt anything that doesn’t suit your body or sensory preferences.
3. A quiet close (final few minutes) — a chance to notice how you feel and take one small intention into the rest of your day. You’re free to slip away silently whenever you need to.
4. 2:00pm — We finish, on time, every time.
