What I Can offer

Private Mindfulness Coaching Sessions for You
one-on-one weekly mindfulness sessions take a clinical approach and support you with health, wellbeing, and personal development, including mindfulness coaching.

Private mindfulness sessions are tailored to each individual, combining discussion and personalised mindfulness meditation, offering support even for the most sensitive and private concerns.

I teach both formal and informal mindfulness practices, such as mindfully engaging in everyday activities like dressing, eating, or walking. These mindfulness practices reduce stress and anxiety by bringing awareness into daily routines.

8-Week Mindfulness Programme
I offer a flexible and open-ended mindfulness programme designed for individuals or teams. Based on an 8-week mindfulness meditation model, the programme provides teaching and support throughout this period.

Participants can join the weekly group sessions at any time, making it a rolling programme. This flexibility allows participants to continue beyond the initial 8 weeks and sustain their mindfulness practice over the long term.

Mindfulness day retreats
The mindfulness day retreats are ideal for team-building or promoting the importance of nurturing well-being, particularly for achieving a healthier work-life balance. These retreats help participants to:

  • Become more active listeners
  • Enhance emotional awareness
  • Communicate more effectively
  • Gain clarity of thought
  • Improve focus
  • Develop greater empathy
  • Elevate their overall well-being

The day includes yoga and mindfulness practices in a relaxing location within Sussex.

Mindfulness consultancy for teams in your workplace
I offer mindfulness coaching services designed to enhance well-being in the workplace. These evidence-based practices provide a wide range of benefits, including:

  • Enhanced focus and attention
  • Improved confidence
  • Greater creativity
  • Increased self-awareness and awareness of others
  • Higher levels of resilience and emotional intelligence
  • Strengthened cognitive effectiveness

A key principle I encourage during mindfulness coaching is embracing a “beginner’s mind.” This involves approaching situations with curiosity, as though seeing them through fresh eyes, rather than relying on habitual patterns of thinking and responding.

I saw Rachel for about 1 year in total, after a serious road traffic accident that changed my life completely. Which also coincided with the loss of my Mother. I was taken by her ability to empathise , as there has been a massive change in my life. Rachel was friendly and thoroughly professional. Her approach made me feel totally at ease , speaking of absolutely anything and everything. She helped me a great deal, especially helping me come to terms with all I had lost, including physical problems I am now left with. I would recommend Rachel to anyone thinking of getting help. My time spent with Rachel was definitely worthwhile.
