A mindfulness course built around how your mind actually works.
An 8-week in-person course for autistic and neurodivergent adults held in a calm, predictable, sensory-aware space.
Most mindfulness courses weren’t designed with neurodivergent minds in mind.
This one is.
Facilitated by Rachel Ramlagan-Singh: a BACP-accredited therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting autistic individuals, this 8-week course brings together mindfulness, clinical understanding of autism and ADHD, and a deeply human approach to emotional regulation.
The course follows a consistent weekly rhythm in a low-arousal environment, with clear boundaries and a small group held with care. There’s no expectation to mask, perform, or explain yourself, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
This course may be a fit if you:
- Are autistic (diagnosed or self-identified), have ADHD, or identify as neurodivergent
- Experience anxiety, sensory sensitivity, burnout, or emotional dysregulation
- Want a structured, predictable learning environment
- Are curious about how mindfulness can genuinely support your nervous system
About Rachel
Rachel is a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor (BACP Accredited), DBT-trained and a certified mindfulness teacher.
She has spent over 25 years working alongside autistic individuals and their families — beginning with charity work at White Lodge Centre in Chertsey and continuing through clinical practice, NHS workshop facilitation, and consultancy with schools and organisations.
Her approach is grounded, non-pathologising, and shaped by lived clinical experience rather than theory alone.
